Built with the French RGAA standard in mind: semantic HTML, one h1 per page, text alternatives everywhere, AA contrasts checked and fixed (the pink accent is calibrated at 4.7:1), keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip link, new windows announced, animations off if your system prefers (prefers-reduced-motion) and the marquee pauses on hover. Formal compliance requires a full audit: it has not happened yet, so I do not claim it.
